Structural Characteristics of WS Series Sand Mill

Continuous Grinding Process of WS Series Sand Mill
The feed pump sends the pre-dispersed material into the sand mill, and the grinding cylinder is equipped with the grinding medium. After grinding, the material is discharged by a dynamic separator. Depending on the fineness of the product, single continuous or multi-series continuous grinding process can be used.
Circulating Grinding Process of WS Series Sand Mill
The feed pump sends the pre-dispersed material into the sand mill, and the grinded material returns to the material circulating cylinder by dynamic separator, and is carried on the circulating grinding. The circulating time depends on the fineness of the final product. The process is suitable for the high requirement of product fineness.
Application of WS Series Sand Mill
The smallest usable grinding medium is ¢0.2mm, which is used in the fields of dispersion, modification and preparation of nanomaterials. It has been successfully used in the production of nano titanium oxide, 500nm zirconia, D97<5um zirconium silicate, and 50nm silicon carbide.
