The Four Problems of Horizontal Machine:
(1) Leakage and damage of the shaft seal;
(2) Screen mesh clogging;
(3) It is difficult to grind with ultrafine beads;
(4) Non-uniform particle size of the product.
The advantages of XBL series vertical sand mill without shaft seal and screen mesh are as follows:
(1) No shaft seal: no leakage, damage, maintenance problems;
(2) No screen mesh: no blockage, no need to clean screen mesh and sieve beads;
(3) Grinding fineness: It can realize material micron, sub-micron and nano-scale.
(4) Ultra-fine grinding media: Φ0.05-1.0mm, micro-bead ultra-fine grinding can be achieved;
(5) High efficient grinding: The power is mainly used in the grinding of large particles effectively, the efficiency is increased by more than 50% than the horizontal machine;
(6) Grading separation and grading grinding function: With the effect of centrifugal separation, fine particles are discharged into the grinding cavity. Less grinding times can prevent over-grinding. Large particles can not be discharged and are grinded in the grinding cavity for several times or even dozens of times, quickly be grinding fine. The final product particles are very uniform, very narrow distribution.
