Working Principle of Stirring Ball Mill
Stirring grinding machine is also called stirring ball mill. It is easy to be operated and has high grinding efficiency. The material to be grinded is put into a stationary grinding cylinder with a jacket together with a grinding medium. The diameter of the grinding medium is 3-10 mm. The commonly used grinding medium types are: carbon steel, stainless steel, chromium steel, hard alloy, ceramic or zirconia. The materials can be directly added to a grinding cylinder with a jacket without pre-mixing, and other micro-grinding ingredients in the formula can be added to a grinding cylinder later.
Batch production type grinding machine with circulating pump system is used for grinding slurry circulation, to improve the grinding efficiency and material uniformity, and finally to obtain an excellent particle dispersion system. The circulating pump can also be used for discharging and cooling slurry.
Special Options for Stirring Ball Mill
Cylinder body liner — When used for no metal ion pollution grinding, special lining can be used. Such as ceramics (alumina), ceramic tiles, edible rubber or polyurethane, etc.
Stirring arm sleeve — in order to be suitable for grinding without metal ion pollution, the stirring arm should be made of polyurethane, tungsten carbide or cobalt oxide sleeves. Cylinder head - can be equipped with floating shaft peak for grinding under inert gas.
Drive system — Variable speed drive, can be used for a variety of rotational speed needs.
