Structure Characteristics of Octagonal Ball Mill
The characteristics of the octagonal ball mill: Its design is to make the barrel of the ball mill into an octagonal or hexagonal shape, so that the movement state of the material and the grinding medium in the barrel, such as lifting, impact, friction, and shearing, is changed compared with the ordinary drum ball mill, thereby improving the ball mill grinding and mixing efficiency.
Octagonal ball mill has the design with wet grinding and dry grinding. Considering dry process ball mill discharge material is convenient, it has been installed a closed type dust cover to avoid dust pollution when discharging. The position of ball grinding barrel is located by optoelectronic controller, which can be connected with stainless steel sieving machine and other equipment equipped by users, and is easy to be operated. According to customer-specific requirements, the ball mill barrel body can also be made into the included angle tilt.
Bucket optional lining: nylon, tetrafluoroethylene, polyurethane, stainless steel, alumina, zirconia, manganese steel and so on.
