Working Principle of XHM Series Circulating Stirring Ball Mill
The XHM series circulating stirring ball mill is a model that combines a stirring mill and a large capacity premixing cylinder. It uses a pump to circulate at a high speed to achieve a fast-grinding effect and a narrower particle size distribution. The material that circulates quickly passes through the vigorously agitated grinding media layer. This phenomenon is conducive to obtaining a narrower particle size distribution. The smaller particles pass through quickly, while relatively coarse particles have to stay for a longer time. There is a priority crushing effect for coarse particles. Circulating stirring mill is usually used for the grinding of material whose final material size reaches the micron scale, has high quality requirements, and is difficult to grind and disperse.

The main characteristic of XHM series machine is that it can get very narrow size distribution after grinding. It need less investment on grinding medium and grinding room. It can deal with a lot of materials. The slurry can be continuously monitored. Other ingredients can be added to the premixing cylinder at any time during grinding. More sensitive ingredients can be added at the end time of grinding. Because the slurry stays in the grinding chamber for a short time, and stay in the premixing cylinder for most of the time, it has better temperature control.

Stirring Arm Sleeve: optional polyurethane, tungsten carbide or zirconia etc.
