Working Principle of Ribbon Mixer
The LHY-horizontal ribbon mixer drives the material inside the barrel by an internal and external diameter screw mounted on the stirring shaft, which causes the agitator to turn the material in the maximum range in the barrel body. On the agitator structure, the screw is designed to be inside and outside, the left and right anti-helix. When the agitator works, the internal screw drives the material near the axis to do rotation along the axis, axial drive from inside to both sides. The external screw drives the material near the barrel wall to do rotation along the axis, axial drive from both sides to inside. Thus, it causes convection circulation and shear osmotic mixing of the material in the barrel body, and complete rapid and uniform mixing of the material in a relatively short period of time.
